Our Multi-Lane Powder Packing Machine made appearance at 2025 Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo

        From September 8th to 11th, 2025, the 2025 International (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo Series of Exhibitions was successfully held at the Bozhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Anhui Province. As a deep-rooted player in the field of traditional Chinese medicine equipment, Zhuhai Ruichuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. showcased its core product – the Automatic Multi-lanes back-sealed micro-capacity powder packing machine at the exhibition. With its technical advantages in precisely packaging traditional Chinese medicine powders, it attracted high attention from the participating pharmaceutical enterprises and institutions.

          At this exhibition, the Automatic Multi-lanes back-sealed micro- volume powder packing machine has become the core highlight of the booth with its targeted configuration design. The equipment focuses on the demand for small-dose packaging of traditional Chinese medicine powder, supporting precise packaging of small quantities ranging from 0.1g to 5g. Through a multi-column synchronous operation design, the packaging efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than that of traditional single-column equipment. Moreover, each column has independent temperature control and adjustment, which can simultaneously adapt to the packaging of powder of different specifications. Equipped with a high-precision screw metering system, the metering error is ≤±3%, effectively avoiding the filling volume deviation of traditional Chinese medicine powder caused by uneven density. Equipped with ribbon/laser printer, vacuum feeders, checkweighers and finished product conveyor belts, it realizes the full-process automation of "measurement - packaging - sealing - coding". It has been piloted and applied in traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece factories and health product enterprises. During the exhibition, the equipment attracted over 30 enterprises to inquire. Eight traditional Chinese medicine enterprises expressed clear cooperation intentions, among which three reached trial use agreements for the equipment.

       At the exhibition , the technical team demonstrated the packaging process of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine powders such as Astragalus powder and Notoginseng powder in real time, visually showcasing the accuracy and stability of the equipment. The production manager of a traditional Chinese medicine health product enterprise said after experiencing it: "We have long been troubled by the low packaging efficiency and large errors of small-dose traditional Chinese medicine powder. The multi-column synchronous operation and high-precision measurement of this equipment have precisely solved our core pain points." In addition, the GMP-compliant data traceability function compatible with the equipment has also become a key focus for many pharmaceutical companies.
